After 15 years of trading as Emporium Gym and buying our supplements off a middle man we decided to source a wholesaler to provide us with our nutritional needs. During September 2013 we relocated to new premises and became Total Fitness Emporium and came across Body Shocker who came highly recommended by Friends in The Industry.
After an Initial conversation with Gio we were invited to take a tour of the warehouse where we were assigned a member of staff who went through all aspects of our business, from what type of gym we were and what type of cliental used our facilities, they then provided us with suggestions and packages to help decided which supplements would be ideal for our gym to make good profits, be competitive with the on-line market and provide our members with high quality products.
Once we were decided on what products we wanted to stock, we were assigned an account manager who is on hand anytime to deal with placing orders, deliveries, pricing queries, driving our sales and keeping us up to date with any new products and deals on the market, this personal touch is very important to use as it enables our business dealings run in a professional cost effective manner.
Bodyshocker helped us immensely introducing our new product range to our members by provide unlimited point of sale material from leaflets, poster, and banners to providing us with fridges and counter displays at no cost. As well as arranging for supplement companies to hold taster days where they gave out free samples, clothing and used their athletes to give nutritional advice to our members.
All in all without Bodyshockers, professional bend over backwards for you service, we would not be one of the biggest selling supplement gyms in Birmingham.
