Brexit

Bodyshocker can confirm that your shopping experience will not be impacted in England, and you will be able to continue to place and receive orders as usual.

For customers located in the EU, we will not be able to offer a direct shipping price. If you do still wish to place an order please get in touch and we can provide a custom shipment quote.

COVID-19

According to the World Health Organisation, the chances of contracting COVID-19 from an object is very low. Nonetheless, Bodyshocker is constantly tracking the official advice and is taking sensible measures to protect customers and staff.

Specifically, in respect of the threat of COVID-19, additional measures implemented by Bodyshocker currently include:

  • All employees have received training on suitable hand hygiene and we have deployed hand sanitisers throughout our workplace.
  • We stick to UK Government guidelines and support employees who must self-isolate for the recommended period of time.
  • We are taking precautions on reducing touch and transmission points throughout our workplace.
Reward Points

Reward points are earned on every Bodyshocker purchase. Simply place an order on any product online and earn 1 point for every £ spent to redeem on your next purchase. Each reward point is worth £0.01 off your next order. 

Reward points can only be redeemed in your basket, not during the checkout process. In the basket you can view how many reward points you have, but first you must log into your account.

Where is my delivery?

All orders are posted with a tracked service. If your order has been posted with Royal Mail, please get in touch and we gladly provide the tracking number. If your order has been posted with Royal Mail please allow up to 7 days from your expected delivery date before raising the issue with us. Royal Mail deliveries can only be challenged after this period.

For deliveries with DPD and or DHL, we use a fully tracked service. if your order has not arrived on its expected delivery date please get in touch as soon as possible.
